Mr. Pud leaves and Uncle Azzy arrives
I'm tired. Mr. Pud left. But I'm still tired. Jolie doesn't understand. Jolie combs me and combs me. It is nice now that Mr. Pud is gone. Mr. Pud slept in Jolie's bed. I won't sleep there again. Jolie let him sleep there. I heard her say how funny and cute he is. While Mr. Pud was here, I skinned my chin a little running from a fight with Paws. My chin got swollen and started to smell. I just slept where I would be out of the way. Jolie doesn't even know where. Jolie was busy watching after Mr. Pud. He kept running away. But he kept coming back, too. Then there was Skouskie's rescue. That was exciting. I didn't want to be a bother. Besides it didn't smell too bad yet. Jolie didn't see my chin until after Mr. Pud left. It was pretty smelly then. Jolie got a washcloth and soaped up my chin and pushed all the smelly stuff out. She squirted my mouth with some awful stuff. I slept for a long time. When I got up the smell was gone and Uncle Azzy was here for a visit. Uncle Azzy was very excited and talking a lot. I don't know what he was saying! But he had this big beard, a big belt and blue boots on. The boots had big curled up toes! They looked a little like shoes sold to tourists in Morooco. That is a picture of them. Why would he wear tourist boots? Jolie was laughing a lot. She forgot about me again. I didn't want to be a bother. I went and slept on the porch. Uncle Azzy left today with his blue boots on. Jolie saw my chin was smelly again. She soaped it up. It feels better now. But I'm tired. Jolie combs me. She said to me, "Oh my little Cous, I'm sorry."

Lalla CC, I am sorry to hear about your chin. One of GranCat's kitties has bitten me on the tail - twice now! It hurts. And gets stinky. I hate it when the bite is scrubbed clean. BigKitty has some gooey she put on my tail. It didn't sting too much - maybe she will give some to LaurCat. It made the stinky bite better.
Thanks Mr. Pud. I guess you know how I feel since your Jolie spends so much time with that other cat. Jolie put some smelly stuff on my chin. It stopped hurting. Jolie is paying good attention to me now. Everything should be okay. Is your Jolie going away anytime again? I hope not.
Poor Lalla CC I saw Mr Pud's tail bite when he was at my prides house. But I wasn't the one who hooked him. I, Miss Puss, would not hurt my friend. But thet big lug Jack is so stupid. He did it. He even hooked big annie when she stepped on his tail by accident. Stupid.
You sound like you have a lot of animals at your house. Miss Puss doesn't sound so much like a "Miss" to me. I'm sure Mr. Pud deserved it. I like Mr. Pud okay only when he is not at my house. Miss Puss probably had good reason. Jack is stupid? Is he a dog? Dogs are stupid. What does he do?
Actually, my pride and I are unrelated. Jack is a big boy cat who like most male creatures is not the sharpest claw in the paw. He lays around a lot. We have four in our pride unless you count big annie and I think she is more dog than cat. Kind of head b dog if you know what I mean.
